dc.description.abstract The method of physiological, morphological, cryobiological and statistical studies have shown that the maintenance in the composition of the lactose-glycerol-egg yolk medium, total lipids of actinomycetes or of mexidol reduces the oxidation risk and increases the resistance of gametes of the bull to thermal shock, the safety of the acrosome and their survival during low-temperature preservation. Reducing oxidative risk in the process of cryopreservation of bull semen contributes to fertilizing capacity of the gametes. This was demonstrated both in the laboratory and under production conditions. en_US
