Abstract

The purpose of the research was comparative study of particularityes of status and interactions acrosome apparatus of gametes in the process of cryopreservation. Established species-specific peculiarities of damage of the principal morphological structures acrosomal apparatus of the gametes of the bull, ram, boar and rooster, as well as revealed their cryogenic changes. Indicators of morphological status of the acrosome may serve, not only criteria of sanogenetics of gametes, but also to be valuable information in predicting fertilizing capacity of cryopreserved of the sperm of farm animals.
