Unele aspecte privind utilizarea remediilor BioR şi Butofan la prepeliţele adulte plasate la recondiţionare

Abstract

În ultimii ani accentul principal pe segmentul agroalimentar este pus pe asigurarea populaţiei cu produse de origine animală de o bună calitate şi în special inofensive pentru om. O atenţie deosebită trebuie acordată atât condiţiilor de întreţinere a animalelor, cât şi medicamentelor folosite la acestea. Publicaţiille ştiinţifice sugerează că, din gama largă de produse ce manifestă efecte terapeutice şi bioproductive mai de perspectivă sunt cele de origine vegetală. Un interes aparte prezintă preparatele extrase prin tehnologii moderne din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis, printre care mai de perspectivă pentru sectorul zootehnic este remediul BioR. De aceea, studierea mecanismelor de acţiune a remediului BioR asupra statusului clinico - hematologic şi producţiei de ouă la prepeliţele adulte plasate la recondiţionare, în paralel cu alt remediu medicamentos, recunoscut cum este - Butofan, prezintă un interes teoretic şi practic deosebit.

The experiment was carried out on 3 lots, 50 quails each, starting when quials were put under reconditioning, at the age of about 190-200 days, for a period of 50 days. One 106 experimental lot was administeredthe BioR remedy, and another experimental lot, respectively Butofan remedy. The control group was also administered intramuscularly 0.9% NaCl, in doses of 0.5 ml/head. The remedies put under experiment were administered twice: on the onset of the study, and the 2nd time, on the 14th day after the first administration. The quails were monitored, periodicallyweighed, blood was collected. The obtainedresults led us to the conclusion that the tested remedies were well tolerated, also showing adaptive and antistressproperties. The tested remedies determinedthe decrease of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in blood. This phenomena could be explained by better laying qualities in the birds treated with the studiedremedies.
