Proprietăţile imunologice comparative a unor tulpini vaccinale utilizate în bronşita infecţioasă aviară

Abstract

The aim of these investigations was to determine the effectiveness of vaccines and immunological methods used in the prophylaxis of infectious bronchitis vaccine. It was carried out experience, using 75 chicken race "Hi Land", distributed in 3 experimental groups of 25 heads in each group, maintained under similar conditions. Chickens in the experimental group were fed with fodder base, prepared and packaged, were watered with plain water, and the chickens of experimental group II - vaccine "Ma5 + Clone 30" at the age of 3 days, administration method - spray; III the group - vaccine "Ma5 + Clone 30" in combination with hydroalcoholic suspension of propolis (SHP) at the age of 5 days, the administration method - spray. At the end of the study it was determined that the offspring of the control group significantly decreases the antibody titers found himself at the age of 40 days level 0. The groups of chickens vaccinated with strain Ma5 + 14 Clon 30 in combination with propolis sol.de of 10% recorded antibody titre throughout the experience.
