dc.description.abstract The integral food products, especially those of poultry origin, have played a key role in human life and have had a major influence on health status. Compared to other sectors of animal husbandry, poultry farming was imposed very difficult as an important branch of animal products. Over time, domestic birds were raised only in small flocks and in an empirical way, without any scientific concerns regarding nutrition, shelter and rational maintenance. Meanwhile, poultry production has grown rapidly, which makes poultry meat and eggs constantly available on the market in large quantities and at low prices compared to other animal products. en_US
