Microflora intestinală condiționat patogenă la puii de găină și sensibilitatea acesteia față de unele antibiotice

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the sensitivity of intestinal microflora in chickens to some antibacterials used in poultry, taking into account the aspect of the age of the chickens. The following antibiotics were used: florfenicol, gentamicine, oxytetracycline, colistin, enrofloxacin, tilmicosine, sulfadiazine and trimethroprim. Sensitivity testing was performed using the Kirby-Bauer diffusimetric method. The obtained results showed that during the growth of chicks from the age of 1day to 20 days, the resistance phenomenon develops within the E.coli strains for some antibiotics. The decrease in sensitivity is most observed in enrofloxacin from (100%) to (20%), followed by oxytetracycline from (70%) to (10%) and colistin, from (80%) to (30%). The high resistance to some antibiotics widely used in poultry, demonstrates the presence of highly resistant strains, with potential for spread to other cultures of microorganisms that require further multilateral and in-depth investigations.
