dc.description.abstract The investigations are dedicated to the methods of tooth decay in small and medium breeds of dogs, and also the efficiency of this methods of decay. It was determined that the dental tartar is common in 87% of the animals. Methylene Blue its an definitive index in determining the efficiency of tooth descalcification. Tooth descalcification using the ultrasound it's a more effective method than the mechanical one. en_US
