Tratamentul chirurgical în ileus la animalele de companie

Abstract

In this article is analyzed and described the performing of surgical treatment in ileus of pets. For this purpose were examined and operated four pets (two dogs and two cats). Hospitalized animals in the clinic was diagnosed with ileus. Surgeries were performed at the Department of "Obstetrics and Surgery" at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, State Agrarian University of Moldova. The diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is necessary the performing radiography. The intestinal obstruction treatment is strictly surgical emergency. Making of laparoenterotomy to dogs and cats is carried out by administering general anesthesia. Postoperative treatment is performed by administering a course of antibiotics and feeding animals in the first days after the operation with liquid feed.
