| dc.description.abstract | A scietific argued system of breeding and hybridization of swine was created in the Republic of Moldova, which allows the systemic development of swine growth branch by the establishment of new specialised companies of production and breeding, the implementation of modern technologies and the creation of new genotypes. The elaborated system is based on the production of commercial intensive swine hybrids for the attainment of food products with special destination, but also on fresh meat consumption, processing (bacon, ham, salamis). It is foreseen that the commercial units will produce pork meat based on the use of specialised boars in the production of meat and bi-, three racial sows in order to grow and fatten intensive hybrid youth up to 120-130 kg. | en_US |
