They include: improving enterprise image in society, attracting new customers, improve relations with foreign partners, Ensuring suitability for marketing and communication, recognition on the market şi the possibility negotiating labour, launching products competitive exceeding customer expectations, determiningemployees to increase accountability in quality training through training of employees, continue to improve quality processes şi products in the increasing quality of life.
