Platforma Primo – o nouă oportunitate pentru bibliotecari și utilizatori

Abstract

The tools used to discover and provide information offer to users a quite efficient method to get information simultaneously through one single point: both from own information resources and external resources of other information providers. The article describes the Primo system, an information product from which 7 university libraries of the Republic of Moldova have benefitted as a result of the project „Modern information services to improve the quality of education”. The authors highlighted the main features and functionalities of the system, its advantages and benefits for both library users and librarians.
