Contribuții privind eficientizarea utilizării dispozitivelor medicale în terapia intensivă

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Analiza managementului, metodele şi tehnicile utilizate în terapie intensive, tehnologiile medicale, rolul terapiei intensive în asigurarea calităţii actului medical şi elaborarea recomandărilor privind dotarea optimală şi eficientă a secţiei. Metodologia cercetării ştiinţifice: Analiza procedurilor de management a tehnologiilor medicale în plan national şi internaţional, metode şi tehnici utilizate în terapie intensivă, rolul terapiei intensive în asigurarea actului medical, standardele minime de dotare. Noutateaă şi originalitatea: Analiza rolului terapiei intensive în asigurarea calităţii actului medical, metodelor şi tehnicilor utilizate în terapie intensive în asistenţa urgentă, reanimare, tratamentul bolnavului critic, monitorizarea pacientului postoperator, standardul minimă de dotare a terapiei intensive şi recomand rile privind eficientizarea utilizării dispozitivelor medicale. Valoareaăaplicativ: Analiza managementului tehnologiilor medicale metodelor, tehnicilor utilizate în terapie intensive şi rolului terapiei în asigurarea calităţii actului medical, dar şi elaborarea recomandărilor privind dotarea optimală şi eficientă a terapiei intensive cu echipament efectiv.

Purpose of the paper: Management analysis, methods and techniques used in intensive care, medical technologies, the role of intensive care in assuring the quality of the medical act and elaboration of recommendations for optimal and efficient endowment of the department. Methodology of scientific research: Analysis of procedures for the management of medical technologies at national and international level, methods and techniques used in intensive care, the role of intensive care in ensuring the medical act, minimum standards of endowment. Novelty and originality: Analysis the role of intensive care in assuring the quality of the medical act, the methods and techniques used in intensive care in emergency care, resuscitation, treatment of the critical patient, postoperative patient monitoring, the minimal standard of intensive care and the recommendations on the efficiency of use medical devices. Applied value: The management analysis of medical technologies in intensive care methods, techniques and the role of therapy in assuring the quality of the medical act, also developing recommendations for the optimal and effective provision of intensive care with effective equipment.
