Instalarea și deservirea rețelelor inginerești în blocul cu apartamente S+P+3E din orașul Rișon, Israel

Abstract

Scopul cercetării: constă în analiza situație pdivind asigurarea cu rețele edilitare și resurse vitale în zona orașului Rișon, Israel, și de a oferi soluții de dezvoltare și getionare a proceselor de instalare și deservire a rețelelor inginerești în blocul cu apartamente S+P+3E, asociate cu administrarea bunului imobil. Lucrarea data se concentrează pe identificarea problemelor existente în statul Israel și determinarea riscurilor legate de administrarea ulterioară a imobilului, cum ar fi siguranța în exploatare, riscurile de mediu și altele. Metodele aplicate la elaborarea tezei: cercetarea dată se bazează pe analiza detaliată a stării de asigurare cu resurse și rețele edilitare în Israel, a riscurilor care apar în procesul de construcție a rețelelor edilitare și administrarea facilităților blocurilor cu apartamente. În teza de masterat elaborată sa identificat prin deducție poblemele exitente, iar prin analiza comparativă a scenariilor s-au ales cele mai bune variante.

The purpose of the research: it consists in analyzing the situation of the provision of building networks and vital resources in the area of the city of Rishon, Israel, and to offer solutions for the development and management of the installation and servicing processes of the engineering networks in the S+P+3E apartment block, associated with the administration of real estate. The given work focuses on identifying the existing problems in the State of Israel and determining the risks related to the further management of the building, such as operational safety, environmental risks and others. The methods applied to the development of the thesis: the given research is based on the detailed analysis of the state of provision of resources and building networks in Israel, of the risks that appear in the process of construction of building networks and the administration of the facilities of apartment blocks. In the elaborated master's thesis, the existing problems were identified by deduction, and the best options were chosen through the comparative analysis of the scenarios.
