Eficientizarea activității întreprinderii prin implementarea managementului financiar eficient

Abstract

Subiectul cercetării reprezintă întreprinderea „SOILTECH SERVICE” SRL. Scopul de bază a prezentei lucrări reprezintă implementarea managementului financiar în vederea creșterii performanțelor întreprinderii analizate SRL „SOILTECH SERVICE”. În cadrul tezei au fost utilizate metodele generale de prelucrare și sistematizare, precum: analiza, sinteză, analiza SWOT, metoda statistică de prelucrare a datelor, etc. Cu toate acestea, antreprenorii nu încetează activitatea deoarece întâmpină piedici, însă tind spre continuă dezvoltare și performanță economico-financiară, deoarece acest lucru permite viabilitatea și adaptarea la spațiul socio-economic existent. Capitolul unu al prezentei lucrări, abordează aspectele teoretice ce țin de: esența, sarcinile și obiectivele, funcțiile etc. privind managementul financiar, dar și relațiile acestuia cu alte discipline, precum și tipologia, metodele și instrumentele utilizate în cadrul analizei economico-financiare. În capitolul doi se prezintă informațiile despre specificul întreprinderii „SOILTECH SERVICE” SRL analiza situațiilor financiare și a rezultatelor obținute de a lungul anilor. Rentabilitatea, stabilitatea financiară, profitul sunt indicatorii rezultativi care asigură o analiză mai detaliată a întreprinderii. Capitolul trei propune anumite direcții de îmbunătățire a managementului financiar, prin gestionarea eficientă a creanțelor și a optimizării surselor de finanțare a întreprinderii „SOILTECH SERVICE” SRL. Întreprinderea analizată într-o perioadă relativ scurtă de activitate a reușit să obțină un nume recunoscut în domeniul construcțiilor din Republica Moldova, care a fost datorat calității ridicate a serviciilor prestate, dar și a instrumentelor de management utilizate.

The subject of the research is the enterprise "SOILTECH SERVICE" SRL. The basic purpose of this paper is the implementation of financial management in order to increase the performance of the analyzed enterprise SRL "SOILTECH SERVICE". In the framework of the thesis, the general methods of processing and systematization were used, such as: analysis, synthesis, SWOT analysis, statistical method of data processing, etc. However, entrepreneurs do not cease activity because they encounter obstacles, but tend towards continuous development and economic-financial performance, because this allows viability and adaptation to the existing socio-economic space. Chapter one of this paper addresses the theoretical aspects related to: the essence, tasks and objectives, functions, etc. regarding financial management, but also its relations with other disciplines, as well as the typology, methods and tools used in the economic-financial analysis. In the second chapter, the information about the specifics of the enterprise "SOILTECH SERVICE" SRL is presented, the analysis of the financial statements and the results obtained over the years. Profitability, financial stability, profit are the resulting indicators that ensure a more detailed analysis of the enterprise. Chapter three proposes certain directions for improving financial management, through the efficient management of receivables and the optimization of financing sources of the company "SOILTECH SERVICE" SRL. The analyzed enterprise in a relatively short period of activity managed to obtain a recognized name in the field of construction in the Republic of Moldova, which was due to the high quality of the services provided, but also of the management tools used.
