Evaluare și modalități de îmbunătățire a performanțelor financiare ale întreprinderii

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Sublinierea imperativului evaluării subtilităților performanței financiare atinse de societățile comerciale, discernând un set de indicatori financiari selectivi și evaluându-i cu acuratețe. În final, se formulează propuneri strategice pentru optimizarea acestor indicatori. Structura tezei de master: Lucrarea este structurată în introducere, 3 capitole, concluzie, bibliografie, 21 figuri, 30 tabele structurate în 84 pagini text și 9 anexe. Prezentarea succintă a temei, evidențierea actualității și obiectivele urmărite de către autor sunt descrise în introducere. Capitolul 1 “ Analiza considerentelor teoretice referitor la performanțele financiare ale întreprinderii” încadrează baza teoretică a lucrării, prezentând conceptele, ideile de început cu privire la performanțele financaire ale întreprinderii, precum și descrie principalele instrumente și metode folosite în aprecierea acesteea. Capitolul 2 “ Diagnoza financiară a întreprinderii S.C. ,,Paninella” S.R.L.” conține aprecierea tendinței de dezvoltare a economiei Republicii Moldova, caracteristica ramurei de panificație și analiza financiară a companiei S.C. ,,Paninella” S.R.L. prin prisma indicatorilor menționați în baza teoretică. Capitolul 3 “ Sporirea performanțelor financiare ale înreprinderii S.C. ,,Paninella” S.R.L.” include propuneri de sporire a performanțelor financiare în eliminarea incertitudinilor menționate în capitolul anterior. Utilizarea metodei Analytic Hierarchy Process demonstrează modalitatea de argumentare a deciziei în vederea îmbunătățirii performanțelor financiare ale întreprinderii. Se apreciază rolul stimulatoriu al statului asupra activității întreprinderii S.C. ,,Paninella” S.R.L. În final, ideile expuse sunt sintetizate și menționate în concluzii, prezentând rezultatul lucrării de master de față.

The purpose of the paper: To emphasize the imperative of evaluating the subtleties of financial performance achieved by commercial companies, discerning a set of selective financial indicators and evaluating them accurately. Finally, strategic proposals are formulated for the optimization of these indicators. The structure of the master's thesis: The work is structured in introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography, 22 figures, 30 tables structured in 84 text pages and 9 appendices. The brief presentation of the theme, the highlighting of the actuality and the objectives pursued by the author are described in the introduction. Chapter 1 "Analysis of theoretical considerations regarding the financial performance of the company" frames the theoretical basis of the paper, presenting the concepts, initial ideas regarding the financial performance of the company, as well as describes the main tools and methods used in its assessment. Chapter 2 "Financial diagnosis of the company S.C. Paninella S.R.L. contains the assessment of the development trend of the economy of the Republic of Moldova, the characteristics of the bakery branch and the financial analysis of the company S.C. "Paninella" S.R.L. through the prism of the indicators mentioned in the theoretical basis. Chapter 3 " Increasing the financial performance of the enterprise S.C. "Paninella" S.R.L" includes proposals to increase financial performance in eliminating the uncertainties mentioned in the previous chapter. The use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process method demonstrates the way to argue the decision in order to improve the company's financial performance. The stimulatory role of the state on the activity of the S.C. enterprise is appreciated. "Paninella" S.R.L. Finally, the presented ideas are synthesized and mentioned in the conclusions, presenting the results of the current master's thesis.
