Importanța Sistemului de Management al inofensivității alimentelor în cadrul întreprinderii S.C. "Imcomvil Grup" SRL

Abstract

În lucrare este prezentată analiza principalilor indicatori ai Industriei Alimentare din Republicii Moldova pe perioada anilor 2018-2022 și impactul acestora asupra dezvoltării economiei țării; importanța implementării Standardului ISO 22000, bazat pe principiile HACCP și proiectul de măsuri pentru perfecționarea Sistemului de Management al Siguranței Alimentare în întreprinderea S.C. ,,Imcomvil Grup’’ SRL. Pentru a atinge scopul lucrării a fost studiată necesitatea menținerii principalelor tipuri de activități din Industria Alimentară din Republica Moldova și importanța salvării sectorului Industrial Alimentar. Datele fiind oferite de Biroul Național de Statistică. Lucrarea descrie influența implementării și avantajele Sistemului ISO 22000 în întreprinderile din Industria Alimentară și sunt argumentați pașii aplicării HACCP. Drept model de cercetare a fost întreprinderea S.C. ,,Imcomvil Grup’’ SRL. În rezultatul cercetării a fost efectuată analiza SWOT a întreprinderii S.C. ,,Imcomvil Grup’’ SRL ce demonstrează poziția fermă a entității în domeniul său de activitate, producerea produselor extrudate în urma implementării Sistemului de management al inofensivității alimentelor. În decursul lucrării a fost accentuată siguranța alimentară, atât la nivel local cât și internațional ce se bazează pe eforturile tuturor celor implicați în lanțul complex care include producția agricolă, procesarea, transportul și consumul. Siguranța alimentară este o responsabilitate a tuturor, începând de la originea materiei prime până la momentul în care ajunge produsul finit pe masa consumatorului. Implementarea Sistemului de Management al Siguranței Alimentare în întreprinderile din domeniul Industriei Alimentare permite entităților să se automanifeste ca producători de încredere atât la nivel local cât și global ce țin cont de sănătatea consumatorilor finali ale produselor sale, să-și lărgească spectrul de consumatori și desigur să-și mărească veniturile.

The paper presents an analysis of the main indicators of the Food Industry in the Republic of Moldova during the years 2018-2022 and their impact on the country's economic development. It emphasizes the significance of implementing the ISO 22000 Standard, based on HACCP principles, and outlines a project of measures to enhance the Food Safety Management System within the company S.C. ,,Imcomvil Grup’’ SRL. To achieve the thesis's goal, the necessity of maintaining key activities in the Food Industry of the Republic of Moldova and the importance of preserving the Food Industrial sector were scrutinized. Data were sourced from the National Bureau of Statistics. The study delineates the impact of implementing and the advantages conferred by the ISO 22000 System in enterprises within the Food Industry. It systematically argues the steps of HACCP application. The research model centered around the enterprise S.C. ,,Imcomvil Grup’’ SRL. The research culminated in a SWOT analysis of S.C. ,,Imcomvil Grup’’ SRL, showcasing the firm's robust position in its sector. This is evidenced by the production of extruded products following the implementation of the Food Safety Management System. Throughout the thesis, emphasis has been placed on food safety, both locally and internationally, relying on the collective efforts within the intricate chain involving agricultural production, processing, transportation, and consumption. Food safety is a shared responsibility, spanning from the origin of raw materials to the moment the finished product graces the consumer's table. The implementation of the Food Safety Management System in enterprises within the Food Industry domain empowers entities to manifest themselves as reliable producers, considering the health of end consumers. This, in turn, allows them to expand their consumer base globally, consequently boosting their revenues.
