Vinurile au fost produse din soiul de struguri Pinot Noir cu adaos sau fără de dioxid de sulf şi enzime. en_US
dc.description.abstract This article presents the results of experiments that established influence of fermentation-maceration regimes on reducing capacity, polyphenolic compounds and chromatic index of red wines. Wines were produced from Pinot Noir grapes variety with or without the addition of sulfur dioxide and enzymes. en
