dc.description.abstract Sensors based on nanostructured semiconductor oxides have good sensitivity and selectivity parameters, small in size and cheap to manufacture. It is very promising to develop a method for measuring parameters and creating electronic devices using these microsensors and nanosensors to measure the concentration of gases. en_US
