Motivation is an inner state that puts into motion an individual. The reason is described by psychologists in terms of worry, a certain lack or strong desire. The body being under the action of reducing anxiety, removing failing, etc. Each employee is different and to motivate him/her the manager must take into account their needs, motives, interests and beliefs. It is important to find an optimal reason which will work out, so it appears the concept of the bast motivation option.
