dc.description.abstract	The rehabilitation works at the Palace of Culture in Iaşi took place for 8 years and ended in the spring of 2016. During this time, the clock worked, except for the period when it was done with the works on the Tower, more precisely in the mechanism room. The clock was built in Germany and in 1925, with the inauguration of the Palace of Justice, it began to function.
