dc.description.abstract The article is devoted to the interesting possibility of implementation of design solutions - flex-rigid multilayer printed circuit boards. The benefits of flex-rigid circuit boards are demonstrated, also the problems in developing and implementing of technology into production are observed. Are described the typical defects and recommendations for their elimination are suggested. Modes of the most problematic operations are given as well as a scheme of the production process. en_US
