dc.description.abstract	In this work the Identity Base Encryption (IBE) scheme, which is a public-key cryptosystem where E-mail address is a valid public key, is described. The approach based on the idea of the known cryptosystem - RSA modification for the purpose of the user permanent identifier (E-mail address) «insertion» on his public key is proposed.	en_US
