dc.description.abstract The present paper analyzes the influence of iron upon mechanisms of the spin relaxation in the gallium antimonide, doped with iron in concentrations of up to 3% at. It is demonstrated, that the for low concentrations of the dopant, the experimental results are described in the Bir-Aronov-Pikus theoretical model. However, for the high concentrations of iron, the experimental results do not fit into the above mentioned model. It is assumed, that the divergence between the experimental and theoretical results are influenced by the system of clusters formed by the dopant which has a structure – FeGa3. en_US
