dc.description.abstract The present work report a new biopolimer-assisted self-assembly for the three-dimensional ZnO architectures grown from ZnO nanorods. Radial spherical structures from ZnO nanorods also have been synthesized and characterized. ZnO nanoarchitectures could possibly be used as a building units opening opportunities for the self-assembly of multifunctional nanodevices with applications in sensors, bioscience, and photonics. en_US
dc.description.abstract În lucrarea dată sunt expuse o noua tehnologie pe bază de auto-asamblare asistată de biopolimeri a arhitecturilor trei-dimensionale pe bază de nanobaghete de ZnO şi proprietăţile lor. De asemenea se raportează structuri radial sferice sintetizate şi caracterizate. Nanoarhitecturile de ZnO pot servi ca unităţi de construire deschizînd oportunităţi pentru auto-asamblarea nanodispozitivelor multifuncţionale cu aplicaţii în senzori, bioştiinţă şi fotonică. ro
dc.description.abstract Ce travail présente une nouvelle technologie d’auto - assemblage assister par les biopolymers avec les architectures trios - dimensionnels sur le base des nano baguettes de ZnO et leur propriétés. Les structures sphériques radiaux synthétiser sont aussi rapporter caractériser. Les nanoarchitectures de ZnO peuvent être utilisé comme unités de construction, en ouvrant les opportunités pour l’auto - assemblage des nano dispositifs multijonctions avec l’application dans les détecteurs la biosciences et photosystème. fr
dc.description.abstract В данной работе представлена новая технология самосборки при помощи биополимеров трехмерных архитектур выращенных из ZnO наностержней и их свойства. Радиальные сферические структуры из ZnO наностержней также синтезировались и были описаны. Наноархитектуры ZnO возможно использовать как сборочные узлы, открывая возможности самосборки многофункционального наноприбора с применениями в датчиках, в биологической науке. ru
