dc.description.abstract There are some stable preferences, which are not affected by changes and for praising this ones contribute either independents factors or factors which interact (for example: age, gender and profession). For a food producer, knowing this factors and the consumer’s food preferences constitute a major importance. The preferences identifying was made on the consumer answers basis. The consumers were by different ages, sex, religions, and professions. en_US
dc.description.abstract Pentru a asigura alimente care să satisfacă orice consumator, producătorul nu trebuie să neglijeze factorii care sunt fie independenţi, fie interacţionează. Ţinând cont de vârstă, sex, profesie, statut social, obişnuinţă, emoţii care generează consumul anumitor alimente, 100 de consuma-tori cu vârste cuprinse între 15 şi 73 de ani cu preocupări diferite au completat un chestionar cu 30 de itemi. Rezultatele au fost interpretate în primul rând pe criterii de vârstă, comportament în condiţiile existenţei unor stimuli, receptivitate faţă de un produs alimentar nou, emoţii. ro
dc.description.abstract Quelques préférences sont stables, elle ne sont pas affectées des changements et pour souligner ça on peut dire q’ on a même des facteurs indepéndent ou des facteurs qui agirent ensemble (l’age, le genre, la profession). Pour un producteur des produits alimentaires la connaissance de ceux facteurs et l’identification des préférences alimentaires représentent une importance majeure. L’identification des préférences a été faite sur la base des réponses des consommateurs. Ils ont été des différences entre ages, sexes, religions et professions. fr
dc.description.abstract Для производства продуктов, удовлетворяющих вкус любого потребителя, производитель не должен пренебрегать факторами, которые являются либо независимыми, либо зависят от каких-либо показателей. Принимая во внимание возраст, пол, профессию, социальный статус, привычки, эмоции, которые обуславливают потребительский спрос на некоторые продукты питания, 100 потребителей в возрасте от 15 до 73 лет, имеющими различные занятия и религии, заполнили анкету из 30 вопросов. ru
