dc.description.abstract În această lucrare s-a studiat controlul procesului de fermentație alcoolică a mustului din soiul Aligote cu adausul de diferite sușe de levuri: 1 – VL3, 2 – Collection Cepage, 3 – VR44, 4 – VL1, 5 – Collection Cepage+Springarom, 6 – Levuri sălbatice și sau obținut rezultate optimale în cazul utilizării suşei VR44 şi Collection Cepage. en_US

dc.description.abstract Le but de ce travail a été l’étude du contrôle de la fermentation du moût de raisin de cépage Aligoté avec l’ajout de différentes souches de levures: 1 – VL3, 2 – Collection Cépage, 3 – VR44, 4 – VL1, 5 – Collection Cépage + Spingarom, 6 – Levures sauvages. Les résultats obtenus sont appropriés et ptimaux dans le cas d’utilisation des souches VR44 et Collection Cépage. fr
