dc.description.abstract Teza de master intitulata Analiza structurala a elementelor statice a masinii-unelte ca obectiv principal avem analiza structurala a unei masini-unelte CNC complexe de strunjire frezare cu 5 axe.Astfel, vom utiliza un program CAE ca metoda de cercetare pentru a analiza constructia lineara statica, rezistenta si deformarea sistemului axului secundar, sistemul axului primar și a patului într-o mașina CNC de strunjire frezare cu 5 axe.Este de dorit să reducem cea mai mare greutate a mașinii CNC și să menținem rezistenta suficient de bună pentru a rezista sarcinilor externe în procesul de cercetare. Rezultatele liniare și concluzia asupra solicitărilor statice și deplasărilor sistemului axului secundar, ale sistemului axului primar și al patului mașinii sunt obținute cu ajutorul software-ului de calculator SOLIDWORKS, modulul de simulare. In urma analizei am obtinur o reducere a greutatii de 1 tona cea ce inseamna ca am obtinut o reducere din sinicostul masinii-unelte CNC fara perderi din parametrii le lucru a masinii. en_US
dc.description.abstract The design and analysis experiences of computer aided engineering (CAE) used in the heavy industry is a novelty at the beginning of the fourth industrial revolution.The main purpose of this research, entitled Static Structural Analysis of CNC Machine, is to provide the structural analysis of five-axis turning-milling complex CNC machine. So, we will use a CAE program as a research method for the analysis of the linear static construction of CNC machine. The static stresses and displacements of the secondary shaft system, primary shaft system and machinery bed of five-axis turning-milling complex CNC machine are obtained with the SOLIDWORKS simulation module.The analysis results show that it is desirable to reduce most weight of CNC machine and maintain good enough stress to resist external loads in the process of research. As a result of the analysis, provided with the help of SOLIDWORKS simulation module, all conditions were met in order to reduce the weight for machinery bed. So, it was reduced 1 ton weight, which means that we have obtained a reduced prime cost of the CNC machine, without loss of the working parameters. en_US
