Selectarea și evaluarea tehnologiilor pentru transfer în construcția de mașini

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în dezvoltarea metodei, criteriilor şi mecanismelor de selectare și evaluare a tehnologiilor specifice construcţiei de maşini bazate pe măsurarea proprietăţilor funcţiilor tehnologice, funcţiilor de transfer/dezvoltare tehnologică şi a efectelor acestora asupra factorilor tehnologici, inclusiv în noile condiţii de dezvoltare industrială. Obiectivele cercetării: identificarea mecanismelor de asigurare a măsurabilităţii tehnologiilor şi a efectelor tehnico-economice ale utilizării tehnologiilor; identificarea şi cercetarea sistemului de factori pentru definirea şi caracterizarea funcţiilor tehnologice, funcţiilor de transfer/dezvoltare tehnologică și a efectelor acestora; identificarea factorilor de evaluare și măsurare a proprietăților funcțiilor tehnologice şi funcţiilor de transfer/dezvoltare tehnologică în contextul conceptului Industrie 4.0; identificarea factorilor de amplificare a transferului tehnologic în condiţiile actuale industriale din Republica Moldova; dezvoltarea şi validarea unei metode sistemice de selectare și evaluare a tehnologiilor pentru transfer/dezvoltare în construcția de mașini şi ușor accesibile și adaptabile la nevoile specifice ale companiilor.

Purpose of the work: the development of the methodology, criteria and mechanisms for selecting and evaluating the technologies specific to machine building based on the measurement of the properties of technological functions, the functions of technological transfer/development and their effects on the technological factors, including in the new conditions of industrial development. Research objectives: identifying the mechanisms for ensuring the measurability of technologies and the technical-economic effects of their use; identification and research of the system of factors for the definition and characterization of technological functions, technological transfer/development functions and their effects; the identifying the factors for evaluating and measuring the properties of technological functions and the functions of technological transfer/development in the context of the Industry 4.0 concept; the identification of the factors for enhancing the technological transfer in the current industrial conditions in the Republic of Moldova; the development and validation of a systemic methodology for selecting and evaluating technologies for transfer/development in the machine building and easily accessible and adaptable to the specific needs of companies.

Цель работы состоит в разработке методологии, критериев и механизмов выбора и оценки технологий, специфичных для машиностроения, на основе измерения свойств технологических функций, функций технологического трансфера/развития и их влияния на технологические факторы, в том числе в новых условиях промышленного развития. Задачи исследования: установление механизмов обеспечения измеримости технологий и технико-экономического эффекта от их использования; выявление и исследование системы факторов для определения и характеристики технологических функций, функций технологического трансфера/развития и их эффектов; выявление факторов оценки и измерения свойств технологических функций и функций технологического трансфера/развития в контексте концепции Индустрии 4.0; выявление факторов усиления технологического трансфера в современных промышленных условиях Республики Молдова; разработка и валидация системной методологии выбора и оценки технологий машиностроения для удобного трансфера/развития, также адаптируемой к конкретным потребностям компаний.
