dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la zootehnie, veterinărie, în special la mediile de protecţie a spermei de berbeci, poate fi aplicată pentru diluarea, conservarea prin refrigerare, păstrarea materialului seminal. Rezultatul tehnic al invenției constă în prelungirea duratei de stocare a spermei până la 120 ore, numărul de spermatozoizi mobili fiind de 66,3- 68,0%, celor cu mișcare rectilinie de 18,5-25,3% în funcție de preparat manoproteic, ce este cu 27,5-30,8 și, respectiv, 48,0-102,2 % mai mult comparativ cu cea mai apropiată soluție și diminuarea titrului microorganismelor patogene cu 11,8-49,1% și cu 19,6- 100% la utilizarea concentrației de 0,6% - 0,8%/V, față de valoarea de referință. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, especially to the protective medium for ram semen and can be applied for dilution, preservation by refrigeration, storage of semen. The technical result of the invention consists in extending the storage time of semen up to 120 hours, the number of motile sperm being 66.3-68.0%, with rectilinear motion -18, 5-25.3% depending on the mannoprotein preparation, which is with 27.5-30.8 and 48.0-102.2% respectively more compared to the nearest solution and decreased titer of pathogenic microorganisms by 11,8-49,1% and 19,6-100% in the case of concentration of 0,6%- 0,8%/V, compared to the reference value. en_US
