dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un procedeu de cultivare a microalgei Porphyridium cruentum în scopul obţinerii de biomasă cu conţinut sporit de lipide. Procedeul de cultivare a microalgei Porphyridium cruentum CNMN-AR-01 include cultivarea pe un mediu nutritiv ce conţine, g/L: KCl 16,04; NaCl 12,52; KNO3 1,24; MgSO4·7H2O 2,5; CaCl2 0,118; K2HPO4·3H2O 0,5; KI 0,05; KBr 0,05; 1 mL/L soluţie de microelemente ce conţine, mg/L: H3BO3 2,86; MnCl2·4H2O 1,81; CuSO4·5H2O 0,08; MoO3 0,015; FeEDTA 0,5 mL; nanoparticule de Au de 5 nm stabilizate în citrat 4,8-5,1 nM şi apă distilată restul, la temperatura de 25-28°C, pH 6,8-7,2, iluminarea continuă de 50-57 µM fotoni/m2.s, timp de 14 zile. Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea biosintezei lipidelor şi acumulării lor în biomasa microalgei Porphyridium cruentum. | en_US |

Способ культивирования микроводоросли Porphyridium cruentum CNMN-AR-01 включает культивирование на питательной среде, содержащей, г/л: KCl 16,04; NaCl 12,52; KNO3 1,24; MgSO4·7H2O 2,5; CaCl2 0,118; K2HPO4·3H2O 0,5; KI 0,05; KBr 0,05; 1 мл/л раствора микроэлементов, содержащего, мг/л: H3BO3 2,86; MnCl2·4H2O 1,81; CuSO4·5H2O 0,08; MoO3 0,015; FeEDTA 0,5 мл; наночастицы Au 5 нм, стабилизированные в цитрате 4,8-5,1 нМ, и дистиллированную воду остальное, при температуре 25-28°C, pH 6,8-7,2, постоянном освещении в 50-57 мкM фотон/м2.с, в течение 14 дней. The process for cultivating Porphyridium cruentum CNMN-AR-01microalga comprises cultivation on a nutrient medium containing, g/l: KCl 16.04; NaCl 12.52; KNO3 1.24; MgSO47H2O 2.5; CaCl2 0.118; K2HPO43H2O 0.5; KI 0.05; KBr 0.05; 1 mL/L solution of microelements containing, mg/L: H3BO3 2.86; MnCl24H2O 1.81; CuSO45H2O 0.08; MoO3 0.015; FeEDTA 0.5 mL; Au nanoparticles 5 nm stabilized in citrate 4.8-5.1 nM and distilled water the rest, at a temperature of 25-28C, pH 6.8-7.2, constant illumination of 50-57 μM photon/m2.s, within 14 days.
