dc.description.abstract The transpherin polymorphism is represented by 9 genotypes governed by TFA , TFB , TFC , TFD and TFE genes. The analyses of the genes frequency which govern the tanspherin polymorphism has demonstrated the highest TFC genes frequency (0,4743) and the reduced waste of the TFE genes. The spreading genes waste of hemoglobin is HBB. Two breeds were assessed by 20 microsatellites. Both demonstrated high level of genetic variability. A low level (q = 3,4%) of between - breed differentiation was detected. The evidence of Tsygai introgression to Karakul was shown en_US
