| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the present work consisted in the study of maize heterozygosis effect revealing at the protein molecular level. The analysis of specific polymorphism of zein molecular forms (ZMF) allows carrying out zein markers identification of hybridization for 12 zoning hybrids of maize and their 11 parental hybrid combinations. It wasshown that the index of hypothetical heterozygosisrevealing of protein markers sum consist 100% independent from studied parental genotypes. This is the quantitative confirmation of the early revealed qualitative properties of protein profiles codominant character of heredity. In the same time the utilization at the protein molecular level of real heterozygosis index and dominant index of ZMF helpsto identify their different role in appreciation of maize hybridization revealing | en_US |
