dc.description.abstract	Was performed RAPD screening of 20 maize genotypes, from the germplasm collection of the Institute of Genetics and Plant Physiology of ASM, with 10 random primers. There were identified the amplified DNA fragments polymorphism for maize genotypes contrasted by drought tolerance and also several specific amplified fragments for drought resistant maize genotypes.	en_US
