dc.description.abstract În lucrare se analizează particularitățile proprietăților fizice ale antimonidului de galiu dopat cu nichel pentru un diapazon vast de concentrații, până la 3% atomare și temperaturi (2÷300)K. Din analiza în ansamblu a efectelor galvanomagnetice, optice și de iradiere se evidențiază în premieră un șir de particularități ale proprietăților fizice determinate de interacțiunea purtătorilor de sarcină cu momentul magnetic excitat de structura energetică a substratului electronic incomplet 3d. en_US
dc.description.abstract This work describes the features of the physical properties of the gallium’s antimonide doped with nickel for a wide range of concentration, of up to 3% atoms and temperatures between (2 ÷ 300) K. After the overall analysis of the galvanomagnetic, optic and irradiation effects, it becomes possible to highlight, for the first time, a number of features of the physical properties determined by the interaction between charge carriers and magnetic moment generated by the energy of uncompleted electronic structure of the substrate 3d. en
dc.description.abstract Dans ce travail on analyse les particularités des proprietés physique de l’antimonide de gallium dopé avec du nickel dans un large intervalle de concentrationes; jusqu’au 3% atomique et température (2÷300)K. De l’analize, dans l’ansamble, des effets galvanomagnétiques, optiques et de radiation, on distingue premierman une série de particularités des proprietés physique determinées par l’interaction de porteurs de change avec le moment magnétique exité par la structure énergétique du sous-couches électronique incomplet 3d. fr
dc.description.abstract В работе представлен анализ основных особенностей физических свойств антимонида галлия, легированного никелем, в концентрациях до 3% атомных и температур (2÷300)Л в отсутствии внешнего магнитного поля. Совместный анализ гальваномагнитных, оптических и фотолюминесцентных эффектов позволил выделить ряд особенностей физических свойств обусловленных взаимодействием носителей заряда с магнитным моментом связанный с структурой незаполненного состояния 3d. ru
