Rolul analizei financiare în fundamentarea deciziei de finanțare a întreprinderii

Abstract

Scopul tezei de master este de a cerceta rolul analizei financiare în luarea deciziilor, privind finanțarea întreprinderii, în concordanță cu sectorul construcții, ce se desfășoară pe teritoriul țării, căt și individual pe o perioadă de cinci ani. De asemenea vor fi cercetate aspectele de îmbunătățire a performanței financiare, metodele și nevoile întreprinderii pentru fundamentarea deciziei de finanțare a ei.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to investigate the role of financial analysis in decision-making, regarding the financing of the enterprise, in accordance with the construction sector, which takes place on the territory of the country, as well as individually for a period of five years. The aspects of improving the financial performance, the methods and the needs of the company to substantiate the decision to finance it will also be researched.
