| dc.description.abstract | The device is elaborated basing on CuGaS2 crystals that possess reflection and absorption optical anisotropy 300 and 10K. It was demonstrated that the absorption is 3000 times more intense at E||c polarization than it is at E┴c polarization. The device permits to separate the optical TE and TM modes in optoelectronic devices. | en_US |
