dc.description.abstract The device is elaborated basing on CuGaS2 crystals that possess reflection and absorption optical anisotropy 300 and 10K. It was demonstrated that the absorption is 3000 times more intense at E||c polarization than it is at E┴c polarization. The device permits to separate the optical TE and TM modes in optoelectronic devices. en_US
dc.description.abstract Dispozitivul este elaborat în baza cristalelor CuGaS2 cu anizotropie optica la absorbtie si reflexie la temperatura de 300 si 10K. A fost demonstrat ca absorbtia este de 3000 ori mai intensa în cazul polarizarii E||c decât în cazul polarizarii E┴c, ce permite separarea modelor optice TE si TM în dispozitive optoelectronice. en_US
