dc.description.abstract | The research presents the azimuthal dependence of optical absorption effects in anisotropic crystals ZnAs2 and the potential for any optical device sensitive to linearly polarized optical radiation, based on two Schottky diodes differentially connected. The detection of polarization plane is done by comparing the different photocurrents generated in the structure. The device enables calibration and determination of polarization plane of the optical radiation in the IR domain with high precision. | en_US |
