Rotorul turbinei Darreus este legat cu statorul, iar rotorul Savonius – cu rotorul generatorului electric cu magneti permanenti.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	To increase the conversion efficiency of wind energy at speeds V=2...5 m/s a new wind working element has been designed, based on combined effect of the Darrieus and Savonius rotors.
