Abstract

Dezvoltării transportului i se acordă un rol deosebit, deoarece sistemul de transport modelează în mare măsură stilul de viaţă şi circulaţia oamenilor în condiţii de aglomerare, a cărui suprafaţă este de zeci de mii de hectare. Transportul urban ar trebui, pe de o parte, să creeze noi oportunităţi de transport în ceea ce priveşte accesibilitatea, viteza, nivelul de confort şiţ, dar, pe de altă parte, să reducă cererea (mobilitatea) persoanelor de a circula cu vehicule private în favoarea celor publice, ca precum şi mersul pe jos şi cu bicicleta. Dezvoltarea şi adoptarea de soluţii integrate pentru utilizarea raţională şi sigură a diferitelor tipuri de transport urban şi interacţiunea acestora pentru a satisface diferitele nevoi de transport ale populaţiei în timp real, adică managementul acestui sistem natural şi tehnic complex nu poate fi eficient dacă te concentrezi doar pe imagini, experienţa de viaţă sau profesională a factorilor de decizie, experienţa străină, opinia publică şi tehnologiile simplificate.

Based on the solution of optimization problems, it is necessary to develop algorithms for managing the demand for transport and to form models of behavior in transport of the population appropriate to the level of development of the engine.
