Abstract

: The execution of construction-assembly works has a complex character compared to the other branches of the national economy and also involves the consumption of a multitude of material, human resources and construction equipment. This particularity together with other characteristics specific to the construction field required the elaboration of a large number of technical-economic regulations and norms with the characteristics of construction-assembly works, the materials necessary for their realization, as well as the technologies of their execution. Some of these normative acts are also the Indicators of estimate norms, with the help of which the cost of execution of construction-assembly works is determined, respectively the price of construction objects. Specific to the Indicators of estimate rules is the fact that they include the estimate rules for all construction, reconstruction, repair and restoration processes.
