dc.description.abstract Some aspects about simulation of transient thermal phenomena in the case of power semiconductors junction heating, which are component parts of power rectifiers from different industrial installations, are presented. There are shown time variation of power pulses, semiconductor junction temperatures from transient thermal conditions and its variation in the case of steady state thermal conditions. Also, there are highlight the influence of different parameters upon temperature rise variations. In order to validate the thermal model some experimental tests have been done. en_US
dc.description.abstract În această lucrare se prezintă unele aspecte privind simularea fenomenelor termice tranzitorii la nivelul joncţiunii semiconductoarelor de putere, acestea fiind componentele principale din cadrul redresoarelor de putere analizate. Sunt reprezentate variaţiile în timp ale fluxurilor termice, temperatura joncţiunii semiconductorului în regim tranzitoriu şi de asemenea, în regim staţionar. În plus, se analizează influenţa diferiţilor parametrii asupra variaţiei încălzirii. Testele experimentale efectuate validează modelele termice pentru redresoarele de putere analizate. ro
dc.description.abstract Dans cette ouvrage on présente certaines aspects regardant la simulation des phénomènes thermiques transitoire dans la jonction du semi-conducteur de puissance, qui sont les composants principaux de redresseurs analysés. Ils sont présenté les variations en temps des flux thermiques, la température de la jonction de semi-conducteur en régime transitoire et stationnaire. Il est aussi analysé l’influence de différents paramètres sur la variation de chauffage. Les testes expérimentales réalisées valide les modèles thermiques pour les redresseurs du pouvoir analysé. fr
dc.description.abstract В работе приведены некоторые аспекты симулирования переходных тепловых феноменов на уровне контактов силовых выпрямителей. Приведены временные изменения тепловых потоков, температуры в контактах в переходном и стационарном режимах. Кроме того анализируется влияние разных параметров на изменение нагрева. Выполненные эксперименталь-ные тесты доказывают правильность тепловых моделей для исследуемых силовых выпрямителей. ru
