dc.description.abstract	The pedestrian underpass is a passage, a covered space that crosses a building or a group of buildings, reserved only for pedestrians to pass from one street to another. During the time the sun passages lost their efficiency, appearing all kinds of walkways, bridges. The municipal authorities have always had their own vision on the development of underground crossings and the citizens claim that they do not use walkways at all and prefer to cross the road, violating the traffic rules.	en_US
