Dispozitiv de diagnosticare a cuplajului unisens al demarorului

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia mijloacelor de transport şi poate fi utilizată la diagnosticarea autovehiculelor. Dispozitivul de diagnosticare a cuplajului unisens al demarorului conţine două formatoare de impulsuri (13, 14), la fiecare din ele fiind conectate consecutiv câte un multivibrator monostabil (15, 16) şi câte un bloc de mediere (17, 18), respectiv. Ambele blocuri de mediere sunt conectate la un bloc de diferenţă (19), care este conectat la un înregistrator (20). La intrarea unui formator de impulsuri este conectat un traductor de turaţii (9) ale pinionului demarorului. Nou este aceea că dispozitivul conţine suplimentar un traductor de pulsaţie (10) a tensiunii de comutare, introdus în circuitul colectorului rotorului demarorului şi conectat printr-un condensator (11) la un filtru de frecvenţă joasă (12), care este conectat la intrarea celuilalt formator de impulsuri.

The invention relates to the transport mechanical engineering and may be used at the diagnostication of motor vehicles. The device for diagnosticating the starter overrunning clutch contains two pulse shapers (13, 14), to each of them being connected in series for one monostable multivibrator (15, 16) and for one averaging unit (17, 18), respectively, both averaging unites being connected to a substraction unit (19), which is connected to a recorder (20). To the input of one of the pulse shapers there is connected a transducer of rotatonal speed (9) of the starter’s pinion. Novelty consists in that the device additionally contains a transducer of pulsation (10) of the commutating voltage, brought into the circuit of the starter’s rotor collector and connected via a capacitor (11) to a low-pass filter (12), which is connected to the input of the other pulse shaper.
