Variator precesional (variante)

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini, şi anume la variatoarele mecanice. Variatorul precesional, include o carcasă 4, în care este amplasată o roată centrală 2 cu suprafaţă interioară sferică şi care este legată rigid cu arborele condus 3, un satelit 1 care contactează cu suprafaţa sferică a roţii centrale 2, arbore conducător 11. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că satelitul 1 este instalat pe un suport sferic 7 legat rigid cu arborele conducător 11. Pe un suport sferic 7 este instalat un disc 20 cu corpuri de rulare 21, fixate în furci 24 legate cu două şuruburi 25 şi 26, unul dintre care este executat cu filet dreapta, iar celălalt – cu filet stânga, iar ambele se află în angrenaj cu o piuliţă 27.

The invention relates to the mechanical engineering, in particular to the mechanical variable-speed drives. The precession variable-speed drive contains a body 4, wherein there is placed a central wheel 2 with internal spherical surface, rigidly coupled with the driven shaft 3, a satellite-gear 1, coming in contact with the spherical surface of the central wheel 2 and a drive shaft 11. Novelty consists in that the satellite-gear 1 is installed onto a spherical support 7, rigidly joined with the drive shaft 11. Onto the spherical support 7 there is installed a disk 20 with solids of revolution 21, fixed into forks 24, coupled by two screws 25 and 26, one of which is made with right thread, and the other – with left thread, at the same time both are in engagement with a nut 27.
