Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini, în special la prelucrarea roţilor dinţate. Procedeul de prelucrare a roţilor dinţate precesionale constă în aceea că semifabricatului i se comunică mişcare de rotaţie în jurul axei sale, prelucrarea se realizează cu o sculă, axa căreia, ca şi axa roţii de prelucrat, trece prin centrul de precesie. Semifabricatului i se comunică suplimentar mişcare sfero-spaţială în jurul centrului de precesie, totodată scula se fixează rigid faţă de acesta. Dispozitivul conţine o carcasă, pe care este montată scula şi un mecanism de rotire a roţii de prelucrat în jurul axei sale, fixată pe o bază. Dispozitivul include suplimentar o furcă în formă de U, fixată pe carcasă, în suporturile furcii este montată articulat o osie a crucii, iar pe a doua osie a ei este montat articulat un susţinător în formă de U, pe care este situată baza pentru fixarea roţii de prelucrat. Baza şi fiecare dintre osiile crucii sunt legate cu servomotoare. Scula, fixată rigid pe carcasă, şi servomotoarele sunt conectate la un sistem de dirijare computerizat. Scula poate fi executată ca un fascicul laser, jet de apă, fascicul de electroni, raze X sau ca un fir de electroeroziune.

The process for precession gear-wheel working consists in that the blank is communicated a rotary motion about its own axis, the working is carried out with a tool, the axis of which, like the axis of the worked gear-wheel, passes through the centre of precession. The blank is additionally communicated a spherical three-dimensional motion about the centre of precession, at the same time the tool is rigidly fixed about it. The device comprises a frame, onto which it is mounted the tool and a mechanism for rotation of the worked gear-wheel about it own axis, installed onto a base. The device additionally includes a U-shaped bracket, fixed onto the frame, into the bracket supports there is articulately mounted an axle of the spider, and onto the second axle thereof there is articulately mounted a Ushaped holder, onto which it is installed the base for fixation of the worked gear-wheel. The base and each of the spider axles are coupled with servomotors. The tool, rigidly fixed onto the frame, and the servomotors are connected to a computer control system. The tool may be made in the form of a laser ray, water jet, electron team, X-rays or eletroerrosion wire.
