Mecanism de acţionare a aparatului de rulare a mijlocului de transport

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini, în special, la mijloacele de transport. Mecanismul de acţionare a aparatului de rulare al mijlocului de transport conţine un cadru şi, instalate pe el: un motor electric dotat cu frână, reductor dinţat şi două roţi de lanţ conducătoare legate cu el. Nou este aceea că roţile de lanţ conducătoare sunt fixate pe corpul reductorului, care este executat precesional şi include un satelit cu două coroane dinţate, amplasat liber pe partea înclinată a arborelui-manivelă, care este legat cu arborele motorului electric. O coroană a satelitului este angrenată cu roata dinţată, care este fixată rigid în corpul reductorului, iar a doua coroană a satelitului – cu roata dinţată, care este montată din partea amplasării motorului electric, pe partea arborelui-manivelă, care este coaxială cu arborele motorului electric şi fixată rigid pe cadru. Satelitul cu două coroane dinţate este executat compus din două părţi, totodată, pe ambele părţi frontale, care sunt perpendiculare cu axul lui, sunt executate proeminenţe amplasate cu joc în adânciturile corespunzătoare, iar pe ambele părţi ale fiecărei proeminenţe, în joc sunt amplasate elemente elastice, fixate în locaşuri executate pe muchiile lor laterale.

The invention relates to the mechanical engineering, in particular to the transport facilities. The undercarriage drive of the transport facility contains a frame, and, installed thereon: an electric motor provided with brake, a toothed reduction gear and two driving sprockets joined with it. Novelty consists in that the driving sprockets are fixed onto the body of the reduction gear, which is made precessional and includes a two-ring satellite gear, freely mounted onto the inclined part of the crank shaft, joined with the shaft of the electric motor. One ring of the satellite gear meshes with the gear-wheel, rigidly fixed into the body of the reduction gear, and the other ring - with the gearwheel, mounted from the end of placement of the electric motor, onto the part of the crank shaft, which is coaxial with the shaft of the electric motor and rigidly fixed onto the frame. The two-ring satellite gear is made compound of two parts, onto both adjoint ends, which are perpendicular to its axle, being made projections placed with clearance into the corresponding hollows, and onto both sides of each projection, in clearance, there are placed elastic elements, fixed into sockets made onto their lateral faces.
