Mecanism de alimentare cu sârmă de sudură

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnica de sudat, în special la mecanismele de alimentare cu sârmă de sudură şi poate fi utilizată la automatele şi semiautomatele de sudat. Mecanismul conţine motor electric, reductor planetar precesional, role de antrenare şi de apăsare. Reductorul include satelit instalat pe manivelă, roţi centrale fixă şi mobilă legată cu arborele condus. Rola de antrenare este instalată liber pe corp şi este legată cu arborele condus. Rezultatul - capacitate portantă majorată, posibilitatea de folosire a unei game lărgite a diametrelor sârmei de sudură de la 2 la 12 mm.

The invention relates to the welding engineering, in particular to the welding wire feeding mechanisms and may be used in the automatic and semi-automatic welding machines. The mechanism contains an electric motor 2, a planetary precession reduction gear, drive 16 and pressure 19 rollers. The reduction gear includes a satellite gear 9 installed onto the crank 10, central wheels: fixed 4 and mobile 5 joined with the driven shaft 6. The drive roller is freely installed onto the body and it is joined with the driven shaft 6. The result – an increased bearing capacity, the possibility of using an expanded range of welding wire diameters from 2 up to 12 mm.
