dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la tehnologia semiconductorilor oxizi, în special la tehnologia de obţinere a nanofirelor de ZnO funcţionalizate cu nanoparticule de paladiu (Pd) şi poate fi utilizată la fabricarea senzorilor de gaze explozive şi radiaţie ultravioletă. Procedeul de funcţionalizare a nanofirelor de ZnO cu nanoparticule de Pd include creşterea nanofirelor de ZnO pe un substrat de sticlă, acoperit cu un strat de FTO, într-un electrolit de 0,2 mM ZnCl2+0,1 M KCl+1,5 M PdCl2, la o temperatură de 90°C, o viteză de rotaţie a substratului de 300 rot./min şi o tensiune aplicată de -0,51…-0,7 V, timp de 2,5 ore, după care nanofirele de ZnO sunt oxidate termic în aer cu nanoparticule de Pd în două etape: majorarea temperaturii până la 150°C cu rata de creştere de 5°C/min şi majorarea temperaturii până la 250°C cu rata de creştere de 1°C/min, cu menţinerea temperaturii de 250°C timp de 12 ore. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the oxide semiconductor technology, in particular to the technology for producing ZnO nanowires functionalized with palladium (Pd) nanoparticles and can be used in the manufacture of explosive gas and ultraviolet radiation sensors. The method for functionalization of ZnO nanowires with Pd nanoparticles comprises growing ZnO nanowires on a glasssubstrate, coated with a FTO layer, in an electrolyte of 0.2 mM ZnCl2+0.1 M KCl+1.5 M PdCl2, at a temperature of 90oC, a substrate rotation rate of 300 rpm and an applied voltage of -0.51…-0.7 V, for 2.5 hours, after which the ZnO nanowires are thermally oxidized in air with Pd nanoparticles in two stages: raising the temperature to 150oC with a growth rate of 5C/min and raising the temperature to 250o C with a growth rate of 1oC/min, maintaining the temperature at 250o C for 12 hours. en_US
