Mandrină pentru fixarea pieselor

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini, în special la echipamentul pentru fixarea pieselor. Mandrina pentru fixarea pieselor conţine un corp (1) cu flanşă (2), în care sunt amplasate pârghii (8) executate în formă de bride, un tachet (7) executat în formă de disc şi legat rigid cu o tijă (3), un reazem (4) şi un element de bază (5). Noutatea constă în aceea că pârghiile (8) sunt legate cinematic cu tija (3) şi arcuite la flanşa (2). Reazemul (4) este executat cu autoaşezare şi legat cinematic cu tija (3). Pe reazem (4) este fixat elementul de bază (5) executat în formă de disc.

The invention relates to the mechanical engineering, in particular to the part-fixing equipment. The part-fixing chuck comprises a body (1) with flange (2), wherein there are placed levers (8) made in the form of clamps, a pusher bar (7) made in the form of disk and rigidly joined with a tie-rod (3), a rest (4) and a locator (5). Novelty consists in that the levers (8) are kinematically joined with the tie-rod (3) and are spring-loaded to the flange (2). The rest (4) is made with autoseating and is kinematically joined with the tie-rod (3). On the rest (4) it is fixed the locator (5) made in the form of disk.
