Abstract

Tema lucrării de licență constă în amenajarea interioară a Showroomului de mobilă, situat în comuna Stăuceni, pe strada Alexei Mateevici 24-44. Clădirea are o suprafață de 620 m2 și este de tip S+P+1E. Acest spațiu permite o zonare eficientă: spații tehnice la subsol, funcții mixte la parter și funcții administrative la etajul 1. Designul propus pentru această lucrare este minimalist modern și se aplică pentru toata suprafața proiectată, însă cu accente diferite în fiecare zonă. Lucrarea este structurată în șapte capitole, acestea fiind: Capitolul I relatează despre datele generale a proiectului, incluzând analiza funcțională, cerințele psiho-sociale și condițiile climaterice specifice amplasamentului. Capitolul II detaliază organizarea spațială și soluțiile constructive, instalațiile sanitare și electrice. Capitolul III este dedicat conceptului estetic, definind stilului adoptat, paleta cromatică și elementele decorative propuse. Capitolul IV analizează aspectele tehnice ambietale, detaliază sistemul de iluminat artificial și performanțele acustice ale zonelor. Capitolul V centralizează detaliile privind materialele și lucrările de finisaj utilizate. Capitolul VI cuprinde lista literaturii folosite. Capitolul VII este rezervat anexelor, incluzând albumul tehnic complet al proiectului.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is the interior design of the Furniture Showroom, located in the commune of Stăuceni, on Alexei Mateevici Street 24-44. The building has an area of 620 m2 and is of the B+P+1E type. This space allows for efficient zoning: technical spaces in the basement, mixed functions on the ground floor and administrative functions on the 1st floor. The design proposed for this work is modern minimalist and applies to the entire projected area, but with different accents in each area. The work is structured in seven chapters, these being: Chapter I reports on the general data of the project, including the functional analysis, psycho-social requirements and climatic conditions specific to the location. Chapter II details the spatial organization and constructive solutions, sanitary and electrical installations. Chapter III is dedicated to the aesthetic concept, defining the adopted style, the chromatic palette and the proposed decorative elements. Chapter IV analyzes the technical environmental aspects, details the artificial lighting system and the acoustic performance of the areas. Chapter V centralizes the details regarding the materials and finishing works used. Chapter VI includes the list of literature used. Chapter VII is reserved for the annexes, including the complete technical album of the project.
